How the Relationship Begins
Prospective ATHC services engagement begins with a Needs Assessment conducted with the resident and, at the resident's option, others (such as close family members) in attendance. Together, we establish an initial schedule of duties and responsibilities, frequency and duration of services, and performance evaluation criteria — all responsive to changes, if any, in client needs.
